Return

Some items are fulfilled through third party suppliers and return conditions may vary depending on the fulfillment source. In some cases, returns may not be required, and refunds or replacements may be issued instead.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within a reasonable time if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before placing a return request.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
